The MedallionDirect Privacy Policy is being finalized and will be published here before the service opens to the public.

Because MedallionDirect handles nonpublic personal information related to securities transactions, the published policy will cover SEC Regulation S-P (17 CFR Part 248), the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314), CCPA, and equivalent state-law obligations. Data minimization, retention, and your rights as a consumer (right to know, right to delete subject to applicable retention requirements) will be addressed in detail.

Security vulnerability reports are handled per the security disclosure policy.
